David Preschlack: A three-time SportsBusiness Journal Forty Under 40 and Cablefax Top 100 network executive, David Preschlack draws upon more than 20 years of industry experience in his role as president of NBC Sports Regional Networks and NBC Sports Group Platform and Content Strategy. Since being hired in 2016, David Preschlack has led efforts to launch NBC's first local direct-to-consumer streaming platform and overseen the success of two regional networks that finished first in their respective markets. Prior to joining NBC Sports, David Preschlack worked for 20 years with ESPN, assuming a variety of roles from an entry-level videotape librarian, to executive vice president of affiliate sales and marketing for Disney and ESPN Network Group. In the latter role, he managed oversight of content distributed through computers and mobile devices on platforms such as WatchESPN, ESPN3, and WATCH ABC Family. He was also responsible for affiliate marketing and digital distribution for 16 linear networks owned by the Walt Disney Company. Mr. Preschlack holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Denison University, where he was captain of the varsity tennis team.
